On February 2nd and February 3rd, Team SPORK students and mentors volunteered at the North Carolina FIRST LEGO League State Competition, held at NC A&T University. Our students served as referees and our mentors as judges on both days of the competition. One of our members was even recognized and received the Outstanding Volunteer Award!

Team SPORK went to Second Harvest Food Bank in Charlotte on October 20. Team members, parents, and mentors sorted foods and medicines that will be distributed in the community. Team SPORK, this year, began selling 50/50 raffle tickets in order to raise money for FRC Teams affected by Hurricane Florence.
